This policy explains what data we process via mrpizzerota.ro, why, and your rights under the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

2. Data we collect

Via the contact form: name, phone, event date, number of guests, your message.
Automatically (cookies/analytics): usage data (pages visited, device, approximate location), only with your explicit consent.

3. Purposes & legal basis

Responding to enquiries and preparing a quote – basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Anonymous statistics and site improvement – basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Marketing & remarketing via Meta Pixel (if activated) – basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Retention

Form data is kept as long as needed to handle the request and then up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless the law requires otherwise. Analytics cookie data is retained per the provider's policy (Google Analytics: max. 14 months).

5. Recipients

Only processors that help us run the site (GDPR data processors):

Cloudflare Inc. (USA) – hosting & CDN; transfer basis: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) + EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Zoho Corporation – email; transfer basis: SCCs.
Formspree / Resend – contact form processing.
Google LLC (USA) – Google Analytics; anonymised data, with your consent; transfer basis: SCCs + EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – Meta Pixel (if activated), with your consent; transfer basis: SCCs.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). Portability applies to processing based on consent or contract.

You may also lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP or your local data protection authority.
